Chelmsford Muslim Society is completing its Gift Aid claim. Alhamdulillah, we can reclaim a significant amount, but each donation must be matched with the correct donor details before submitting to HMRC. Please fill in the form below so we can confirm your Gift Aid status and link your donations.
- If you’ve already completed a Gift Aid declaration (online, kiosk, or paper), just provide your full name and the last 4 digits of the card(s) you used.
- If you haven’t, we’ll need your name, address, email, permission to claim Gift Aid, and the last 4 digits of your card(s).
We only ask for the last 4 digits to match donations—this is a safe, standard method. Your cooperation helps us claim what we’re entitled to and directly supports the running of the masjids.

OTHER WAYS TO SUPPORT US
You will already know taxpayers can increase their donation to CMS by 25% using Gift Aid and higher earners can claim back 25% or 31.25% for themselves. So, please help CMS to get 25% more by completing the Gift Aid declaration below (we can claim for your donations going back 4 years).
You can also take advantage of the scheme if you pay very low tax or don’t pay tax at all. If you have a limited company (for your taxi work, IT freelance, etc), you can also benefit as well, potentially by 19%.
